About these terms

These terms apply when you use driverinsrilanka.xyz or book a tour, transfer or chauffeur-driven service with Driver In Sri Lanka (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting an enquiry or booking form, you agree to these terms.

Enquiries, quotes and bookings

Submitting a form on our site is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the itinerary, dates and price with you directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Tour prices, durations and itineraries shown on this site are indicative and may be adjusted based on your group size, travel dates and specific requests before a booking is confirmed.

Prices and payment

What is included in your price, and what is not, is set out in your quote and on each tour page. Payment terms, including any deposit and when payments are due, will be confirmed with you in writing at the time of booking.

Changes and cancellations

We understand travel plans change. If you need to amend or cancel a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible. The specific terms, including any deposit or cancellation policy, will be confirmed with you at the time of booking. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price.

Your tour

Our drivers are experienced and licensed. For everyone’s safety, we ask that you:

• follow reasonable safety guidance from your driver, including seatbelt use
• follow local laws and the rules and dress codes of the sites you visit
• give us accurate pick-up and drop-off details when you book
• make sure you hold a valid passport and any visa or travel authorization you need
• treat your driver and vehicle with respect

Our driver may decline a request that is unsafe or unlawful.

Itinerary changes and circumstances beyond our control

Itineraries may need to change due to weather, road conditions, site closures or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always try to offer a suitable alternative and will talk it through with you.

Health and insurance

You are responsible for making sure you are fit and well enough to travel and to take part in the activities you choose. We recommend that travelers arrange their own travel insurance, including medical cover, before they travel.

Liability

We take reasonable care to provide a safe, reliable service, but we are not liable for delays, losses or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, third-party venue closures or events of force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The content on this site, including text, photos and itineraries, is provided for informational purposes to help you plan your trip. Please do not copy or republish our content without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
