These terms apply when you use driverinsrilanka.xyz or book a tour, transfer, or chauffeur-driven service with Driver In Sri Lanka (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting an enquiry or booking form, you agree to these terms.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting a form on our site is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we’ve agreed on the itinerary, dates, and price with you directly by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Tour prices, durations, and itineraries shown on this site are indicative and may be adjusted based on your group size, travel dates, and specific requests before a booking is confirmed.

Changes and cancellations

We understand travel plans change. If you need to amend or cancel a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible – the specific terms (including any deposit or cancellation policy) will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

During your tour

Our drivers are experienced and licensed. For everyone’s safety, we ask that you follow reasonable safety guidance from your driver, including seatbelt use and adherence to local laws at the sites you visit.

Itineraries may need to change due to weather, road conditions, site closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We’ll always try to offer a suitable alternative.

Liability

We take reasonable care to provide a safe, reliable service, but we’re not liable for delays, losses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, third-party venue closures, or events of force majeure. We recommend travelers arrange their own travel insurance.
