When you submit an enquiry through our contact or tour request forms, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, tour of interest, travel dates, number of travelers, and any message you include. We do not ask for payment or passport details through these forms.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we can see your phone number and the content of your messages, the same as any WhatsApp conversation.
Like most websites, our server automatically logs basic technical information (such as your browser type and IP address) for security and performance purposes.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and plan your tour or transfer
- To contact you about your booking by email, phone, or WhatsApp
- To send occasional travel updates, only if you’ve agreed to this when submitting a form
- To keep a record of past enquiries so we can assist you better if you contact us again
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

- Google Maps – to show our location on the Contact page
- WhatsApp – for direct messaging, operated by Meta
- Tripadvisor – to display our review widgets

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet reasonable business and accounting needs, after which we delete or anonymize them.
